These terms describe how product information, quotes, artwork approvals and fulfillment details are handled.
Catalog information
Product descriptions, colors, specifications, decoration methods and availability are provided for planning purposes. Final product and production details are confirmed for the selected item and order.
Pricing and availability
Published base product price tiers remain the current displayed prices until Exposilo updates or withdraws them. A quote confirms the selected quantity and any decoration, setup, packaging, freight, tax and availability details that apply to the order.
Artwork rights and proof approval
You confirm that you have the right to provide and reproduce submitted artwork. Production begins only after the applicable artwork, placement and proof requirements are approved.
Production and delivery
Production and shipping estimates depend on stock, artwork approval, production capacity, carrier service and destination. Dates are confirmed with the final order plan and may be affected by circumstances outside reasonable control.
