Overview

Choose the tote blank or add a design with silk-screen printing, embroidery or four-color process transfer. Printed designs have a 9″ W × 5″ H imprint area, while embroidery uses a 5″-diameter area. Embroidered names and initials are also available. The silk-screen example shown illustrates one decoration option; review the method details for color limits, stitch allowances, setup and additional charges. To care for the canvas, spot clean and air dry.

Silk-screen options: Maximum two ink colors. Each additional ink color incurs an additional charge per side and piece.
Full-color transfer: Four-color process transfer incurs an additional charge per side and piece and requires additional production time.
Second side: Second-side silk-screen and four-color process transfer are available at additional charge. Silk-screen is charged per ink color and piece; transfer is charged per piece.
Setup conditions: Silk-screen setup is charged per ink color and side; four-color process transfer setup is charged per side. Setup charges differ for new and repeat orders.
Embroidery allowance: Embroidered pricing includes up to seven thread colors and 5,000 stitches.
Thread options: Standard Madeira thread colors are available. Metallic gold and silver threads incur additional per-bag charges for each 1,000 stitches.
Tape and stitch charges: New embroidery orders have tape setup charges. Designs above 5,000 stitches incur extra tape and per-piece running charges for each additional 1,000 stitches. Additional stitch charges still apply when tape setup is waived.
Names and initials: Embroidered names and initials are available with separate per-piece charges. Minimum lettering size: ¼″.
