- Silk-screen printing, four-color process transfer and embroidery; optional 3D embroidery finish. Base price tiers are available for Blank, Embroidered and Silk-Screen.
- Silk-screen & transfer area
- 10″ W × 10″ H.
- Embroidery area
- 4″ diameter.
- Silk-screen colors
- Standard screen-print colors; maximum two colors. Additional colors incur an extra charge per color, per side, per piece.
- Four-color process transfer
- Standard four-color process transfer colors. An extra charge applies per side, per piece, and additional production time is required.
- Second-side imprint
- Second-side screen printing adds a charge per color, per piece. Second-side four-color process transfer adds a charge per piece.
- Setup & repeat orders
- Screen-print setup is charged per color and per side, with a reorder setup charge. Transfer setup is charged per side, with a reorder setup charge.
- Included embroidery
- The embroidered base price includes up to seven thread colors and 7,000 stitches.
- Embroidery digitizing & extra stitches
- New embroidery orders incur digitizing fees. Above 7,000 stitches, each extra 1,000 stitches adds a digitizing charge and a per-bag running charge. 3D embroidery has a different running charge. Extra-stitch charges still apply when digitizing is waived.
- 3d embroidery
- Adds a per-piece charge to the standard embroidered price, with one color for designs up to the 7,000-stitch base allowance. Above 7,000 stitches, each extra 1,000 stitches adds a per-bag running charge specific to 3D embroidery.
- Thread colors
- Standard thread colors are available. Metallic gold and silver incur an extra per-bag charge for each 1,000 stitches.
- Individual personalization
- Embroidered names and initials are available with different additional per-piece charges. Lettering for either must be at least ¼″ high.
- Optional patches
- Dye-sublimation; embroidered emblems in small or large sizes; flex; leatherette; leather; puff; tackle twill in small or large sizes; and woven. Woven size options are listed as 2¼″ and 3″ W × 2½″ H.
