- Silk-screen printing on the second side incurs an additional per-color, per-piece charge. Full-color digital printing on the second side incurs an additional per-piece charge.
- Individual personalization
- Available with full-color digital printing. A setup charge per side and a personalization charge per side, per piece apply in addition to the digital printing run charge. Setup charges also apply to reorders.
- Setup & repeat orders
- Silk-screen setup is charged per color, per side. Digital-print setup is charged per side. Repeat orders also incur a setup charge.
